Centre Origin Kraków

Osiedle Młodości 10, 31-908 Kraków

The Origin Kraków Centre is the second rehabilitation facility in Poland operated by LNA Santé Origin Sp. z o.o. We take a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing on each patient’s individual potential. Our goal is to provide modern, effective therapies that improve both physical and mental well-being.

Centre Origin Kraków

Located in Kraków at Os. Młodości 10, our centre offers comprehensive, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation. We work with people recovering from road traffic accidents, strokes, and other conditions that affect independence. We also care for patients following orthopaedic or neurosurgical procedures. We help patients regain the highest possible level of functioning after illness or injury, providing personalised therapy in a safe and supportive environment

Rehabilitation and care

At the Origin Kraków Centre, we provide fully personalised rehabilitation programmes, available both on an inpatient and outpatient basis. We have developed programmes for patients:

We also care for patients with complex medical needs, including those with a tracheostomy, those fed via PEG, and patients requiring mechanical ventilation.

Supportive nursing and caregiving care

Nurses and carers are an essential part of our interdisciplinary team. Working closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, and other specialists, they play a key role in supporting every stage of rehabilitation. Their work goes far beyond standard nursing duties. It includes a wide range of activities aimed at helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Our nursing model is based on a 24-hour, modern approach that encourages patients to participate in daily activities as actively and independently as possible.
