The Origin Kraków Centre is the second rehabilitation facility in Poland operated by LNA Santé Origin Sp. z o.o. We take a holistic approach to rehabilitation, focusing on each patient’s individual potential. Our goal is to provide modern, effective therapies that improve both physical and mental well-being.

Nurses and carers are an essential part of our interdisciplinary team. Working closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, and other specialists, they play a key role in supporting every stage of rehabilitation. Their work goes far beyond standard nursing duties. It includes a wide range of activities aimed at helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Our nursing model is based on a 24-hour, modern approach that encourages patients to participate in daily activities as actively and independently as possible.

The Origin Kraków Centre is equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology to support every stage of recovery. Our facilities include advanced robotic therapy systems, an exoskeleton, anti-gravity treadmills, and virtual reality therapy tools. We also have specialised rooms for urogynaecological and urological rehabilitation. This state-of-the-art equipment ensures our patients benefit from the most effective, evidence-based treatments available.

For patients undergoing inpatient rehabilitation, we provide comfortable, well-equipped accommodation. Our Centre can host up to 39 patients in spacious rooms designed for people with reduced mobility, each fitted with all the necessary facilities to ensure comfort and safety. We offer full board, with meals tailored to each patient’s dietary needs, as well as access to communal areas that encourage relaxation, social interaction, and a sense of community.

Outpatient rehabilitation at our center includes not only comprehensive physiotherapy, but also a wide range of diverse therapeutic treatments and medical consultations that accelerate diagnosis and the treatment process. Thanks to close collaboration between the physiotherapist and other specialists, we develop an individual therapy plan that allows us to achieve the best possible results. Regular appointments enable us to continuously monitor progress and introduce any necessary adjustments.
