Rehabilitation and Care
Origin Centers provide specialized neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, focusing on adults and adolescents. Our rehabilitation programs are designed for neurological patients (e.g., after a stroke or spinal cord injury), orthopedic patients (e.g., after joint replacement or trauma), and individuals with neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., dementia, Alzheimer’s disease – at Origin Otwock, Parkinson’s disease).

We work with patients coming from neurology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, surgery, oncology, cardiology, and intensive care units, as well as those with pressure sores, tracheostomy, PEG feeding tubes, or those requiring ventilator support.
Origin Centers in Poland specialize in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation for adults. However, understanding the needs of children, we evaluate each request individually. Pediatric rehabilitation is provided exclusively at the Origin Kraków Center, where specialists have experience working with younger patients.

As part of an individualized rehabilitation program, therapy is conducted using state-of-the-art technological equipment. These sessions are included in the physiotherapy program and come at no extra cost. Our advanced technologies include exoskeletons (Origin Kraków), anti-gravity treadmills, transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) systems at Origin Otwock, C-Eye diagnostic and consciousness activation devices, and specialized equipment for occupational therapy and physical therapy (e.g., SIS, Solux). We provide round-the-clock nursing and caregiving services (24/7). Each floor or cluster is staffed by an experienced team that ensures comfort, safety, and adherence to medical recommendations. Qualification and Stay
The qualification process is multi-step, free of charge, and designed to ensure optimal rehabilitation and care: 1. Medical Analysis: After receiving medical documentation, our multidisciplinary team (physician, physiotherapist, nurse) reviews the case. 3. Decision: Based on a thorough assessment, the team decides on admission. 4. Personalized Program: If qualified, we prepare an individualized rehabilitation plan and pricing offer. 5. Admission: After acceptance, the patient is admitted. During the first days, initial consultations are held, and therapy goals are set.

Waiting time depends on current availability and therapy needs. After submitting documentation and completing the qualification process, you will receive a decision within three days.
The minimum rehabilitation period is two weeks. Longer stays often provide better therapeutic outcomes. Duration is tailored to individual goals.
No referral is necessary. Qualification is based on medical documentation and assessment by our team.
Yes. Hospital transport should be free of charge if arranged by the hospital. We also cooperate with private medical transport providers (extra cost).

Yes, at our Origin Centers, it is possible to continue rehabilitation on an outpatient basis after completing an inpatient stay. We strive to ensure continuity of therapy and support patients at every stage of their recovery.
Our specialists will assist in creating a follow-up outpatient therapy plan to consolidate progress and continue working toward your goals. You can express your interest in continuing outpatient rehabilitation during your inpatient stay so we can plan accordingly.
Costs and Financial Support
The cost of a monthly rehabilitation stay at Origin Centers is individually tailored to each patient’s needs. It depends on various factors, such as:

Origin Centers are private facilities and do not have contracts with the National Health Fund (NFZ) for rehabilitation services.
All our therapies and programs are offered as paid private stays. This allows us to ensure the highest quality of care, an individualized approach, and immediate access to modern technologies without long waiting times.
Yes, Origin Centers cooperate with foundations such as Podaruj Dobro Foundation, Moc Pomocy Foundation, Sedeka Foundation, and other organizations that support rehabilitation financing. We encourage you to contact our consultants, who will provide detailed information on available options and the steps required to secure funds for therapy.
Payment for a rehabilitation stay at Origin Centers must be made in advance – either before or on the day of the patient’s admission. The same applies if the inpatient stay is extended.
If scheduled rehabilitation sessions cannot take place for reasons beyond the patient’s control, we will make adjustments and refund the cost of unprovided services. We guarantee transparency and fairness in all settlements.
